How many people will each entrée serve?
Our entrées are designed to serve four to six people, depending upon appetites.

May children attend a session?
Feel free to bring a child as long as they are at least twelve years of age and can assist you in the meal preparation process.

How do I sign up for a session?
Go to www.passyourplate.com and click on Make A Purchase to get started. Don’t have Internet access? Phone the store and we’ll get you set up!

Does the menu change every month?
Yes, we present a new menu every month. Based on customer demand, many Pass Your Plate entrées will make repeat appearances throughout the year.

How many people can attend a session?
So that our customers have plenty of room to maneuver, we try to limit each session to twelve customers. For parties we can accommodate additional patrons.

What if I need to cancel or reschedule?
If you need to cancel your session, please notify us at least forty-eight hours in advance so we can provide you a full refund. Cancellations less than forty-eight hours before your scheduled session are not refundable. We purchase fresh ingredients for each customer order, so we do require advance notice if your schedule will not allow you to attend at the scheduled time and date.

How do I defrost an entrée and how long will it take?
We recommend that you defrost all entrées in your refrigerator. Depending upon the temperature settings of your refrigerator and freezer, entrées generally will thaw within twenty-four to forty-eight hours.

Can I cook an entrée before it has thawed completely?
Our cooking instructions assume that the entrée is completely thawed prior to cooking. You may experience erratic results if you cook the entrée before it is thawed.

If I thaw an entrée but don’t have time to cook it, can I refreeze it?
After thawing, do not refreeze an uncooked entrée. If you must refreeze an item, it should be cooked first.

How can I tell if my entrée is cooked through?
All entrées should be cooked according to the instructions provided and your food should always reach an internal temperature of 165 degrees before it is consumed.

How long will the entrées last in my freezer?
For best results, we recommend that you consume your meals within forty-five days from the date of assembly.

How long will it take to prepare my meals in the store?
If you purchased the Perfect Ten, you can plan on ninety minutes in our store. The Pick Six can usually be assembled in about an hour.
