      Session Tips:

      • Get ready for fun - wear comfy shoes!
      • First time to visit Pass Your Plate? If you'll be kind enough to arrive a few minutes early, one of our friendly session attendants will provide a brief orientation that will have you cookin' in no time!
      • Our attendant will whisk you away to your personalized storage cabinet, where you'll find your containers and labels and a printed list of the menu items you've chosen to assemble.
      • Wash your hands, grab an apron and get started!
      • You'll find 12 assembly stations at PYP, one for each menu item. Our Pass Your Plate team will direct you to the appropriate stations as you work your way through your list.
      • At each station you'll find all the fresh ingredients necessary to craft your selection - and they're already chopped, sliced, and diced! Assembly instructions, whisks, measuring spoons, and mixing bowls - everything's ready and waiting for your finishing touches.
      • Feel free to modify your menu item according to taste. Does your family like it hot? Add an extra teaspoon of cayenne pepper and really feel the burn! Don't care for onions? Reduce the amount....or delete them altogether. Remember, it's your meal and it's your family - customize as you see fit. (Only our protein items are pre-measured.)
      • Most people spend 6-8 minutes at each station, which allows you ample time to create your masterpiece. There's no hurry and no hassle. Need a mixing bowl or a spatula? Our attendants are only a few steps away, so take advantage of their expertise. Their job is to make sure you always have everything you need - we want to make this an experience you won't forget.
      • When you complete a menu item, seal the container, store it in your cabinet, slap a label on the side (complete with cooking instructions!), and you're off to the next station.
      At home after your session:
      • Promptly transfer your meals to your freezer.
      • Early every week, put two or three meals in your refrigerator to thaw.
      • Follow the cooking instructions on each entrée's label, and before you know it, dinner's ready...so Pass Your Plate!
