At Pass Your Plate our goal is to simplify dinner-time stress by offering
you options to getting dinner on the table – fast. Our website is designed
to do just that.
We ask that you adhere to our terms of use listed. Use of PassYourPlate.com
implies that you consent to these terms.
Product / Menu
At Pass Your Plate our Chef meticulously designs and selects each entrée
with you the customer in mind. Each month 12 entrées are selected to feature
for that month’s menu. These entrées are only offered for that month’s menu
and possibly repeated other months in the year at the discretion of
Pass Your Plate. You will be able to view the current month and the upcoming
month’s menu to make your selections when on PassYourPlate.com. Price will
vary by location and can change without notice.
Ready Meals are entrées prepared by PYP staff and placed in the freezer for
you to purchase. Selections can be made online or in the store. Selection
is based on availability and is not from a specific month’s menu. Selection
and price will vary by location and can change without notice.
Sides, desserts, breakfast and other items offered on PassYourPlate.com may
vary by location. Contact the individual store for questions concerning menu
offerings by that location. These items can also change at anytime during the
month without notice. Price will vary by location and can change without notice.
Allergies
If you are aware of any allergies that you or a family member may have be
advised that Pass Your Plate facilities may contain Dairy, Eggs, Crustacean
Shellfish, Tree Nuts, Peanuts, Wheat, and Soybeans.
Booking a Session / Placing an Order
Session and pickup times are offered at the discretion of each individual
location and can change without notice. Questions concerning times need
to be directed to that location. For safety of others and your children
we ask that no one under the age of 10 attend sessions.
Refer to your Friendly Reminders sheet when questioning transportation of
meals, reheating and other helpful tips.
Rescheduling Session/Pickup Times
We understand that things come up and you may need to reschedule. We ask
that you contact the store immediately so that they may work with you to
find a session time more suitable or schedule a pickup date for PYP to
assembly your meals for you (additional charge may apply – varies by
location).
In the instance of inclement weather contact you local store to see if
the session has been cancelled or to reschedule. Every effort will be
made to contact you if the store has to close.
Gift Certificate
Gift certificates are non-refundable. Pass Your Plate is not able to
replace lost or stolen certificates. Gift certificate must be used by
the expiration date listed. Gift Certificates have no cash value and are
only valid at the location purchased.
Promo Codes
Pass Your Plate stores will sometimes offer promotions using an
alphanumeric code (promo code) that can be used for dollars off 6 or more
entrées on our web site or in the store. These promotional codes may be
found in print and/or online advertisements, sent via email and/or
through PYP Rewards. The provisions for a Promo Code will be included
with the code itself; if an expiration date or other condition is
stipulated, just reference where you acquired the code for the exact
requirements. Please note that Promo Codes are not redeemable for cash
and are not valid with other offers.
PYP Rewards
In an effort to reward the loyalty of our customers and provide more
value we give our customers the opportunity to earn up to 10% back on
their purchases. For every dollar you spend you will receive 1 point.
Each time you reach 500 points you will receive a $25.00 reward
certificate to redeem in the store on your next purchase. Reward
certificates are valid for 30 days and must be used before the expiration
date. Reward certificates are not valid with other offers and only good
at the issuing location. Reward certificates are non transferable and
can only be redeemed by the customer it was issued to. Additional
benefits are also offered to PYP Reward members such as double point
opportunities, free products and services and more. Those customers
that reach the 1,000 point level become Premier Pass members and

product names and intellectual property of any fashion are property of
Pass Your Plate. The use of the trademarks or any other intellectual
property is prohibited. Pass Your Plate enforces its intellectual
property rights to the fullest extent of the law.
